- The Regional Contracting Office-Southwest, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA is soliciting sources to (1) inspect, upgrade, and provide material, labor, equipment and all other necessary cost to repair and upgrade the governmdnt owned Caravelle Model 1200A Car Wash Facility, and (2) provide quarterly preventive maintenance, inspection services (PMIS), including routine minor repairs, and major repairs of the facility located at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), Southwest Regional Fleet Transportation (SWRFT), Twenty-Nine Palms, California. The quarterly preventive maintenance, inspection services contract period is a one-year base year with a four one-year option years. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number is M00681-07-T-0073. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effec t through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16 and DCN 2007/04/26. This is a 100% small business set-aside acquisition. The applicable Federal Supply Classification Code is J035; NAICS code is 811192 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government considering past performance, technical capability, price, warranty, and other factors. The solicitation will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) websites www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 18 May 2007 with a closing date of 08 June 2007. NOTE: The solicitation issuance date is an estimate, not an actual, and the actual can be before or after the stated date. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for contract award.
