- Furnish all the necessary supervision, personnel, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area, custodial and residual grocery operations for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Fort Carson Commissary located in Colorado Springs, Colorado in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation includes a base period (1 February 2008 through 31 January 2009) and four one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990 and the Business Size Standard is $6.0 MILLION. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from FedBizOps on or about June 20, 2007. Offerors without the capability to download Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and/or Adobe PDF files can request a paper copy of the solicitation and diskette/CD.
