Description

**INVITATION TO INDUSTRY DAY** The Hickam Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Industry Day Conference will be held at the Aloha Conference Center, Building 1106, Hickam Air Force Base Hawaii on the 29th of May 2007 from 1000-1200. Please register by e-mailing 1Lt Geoffrey Levine at geoffrey.levine@hickam.af.mil. When registering, please include the following information. 1) Business Name 2) Number of individuals attending 3) Names of individuals attending 4) If you already have access to Hickam AFB. If you do not currently have access to Hickam AFB, you must plan to stop at the visitors center for a base pass. To expedite the pass procedure, please also include the following in your registration e-mail. 1) Make/Model of vehicle 2) License plate number. When you arrive at the visitors center be ready with your drivers license, auto insurance, registration, and safety check. If driving a rented vehicle, you may use your rental contract. All conference registrations must be received no later then 25 May 2007 at 1200 HST. If you have specific questions you would like answered at the Industry Day, please submit them with your registration as well.
