Description: The VA Network 22 Logistics Office seeks small business vendors interested in providing a quote for a firm, fixed-price, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) to provide veterinarian/consultant services at the Long Beach VA Healthcare System, 5901 E. Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822. Contract is for a one (1) year base period with three (3) additional one-year option periods.
