Description: The 99th Contracting Squadron on Nellis AFB intends to award a contract to DEFT inc. on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302. The purpose of this contract is to purchase Advanced Protection Coating paint for Nellis aircraft IAW ACCI 21-105. The intent of this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The statuatory authority for other than full and open competition is 1U.S.C. 2304(c) 1). A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice solely within the discretion of the government.
