- ***MODIFICATION TO GSP0407BV5005, revised Delineated Area*** The United States Government seeks to lease street-level, contiguous (same floor) Office space, or contiguous upper-floor space on one floor which meets GSA lease criteria and has handicapped accessible elevator service to the SSA office floor as an acceptable alternative. The space offered must consist of approximately 8,086 rentable square feet in Statesboro, Georgia. The space should yield between 7,031 and 8,086 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Commercial parking at reasonable rates is desired for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office. Parking should be provided in accordance with local ordinances based on the square footage acquired. Availability of public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the boundaries of the delineated area listed below: Beginning at corner of S. Main Street and Sharpe Street, go south on S. Main Street. Continue on S. Main to the intersection of Veteran's Memorial Parkway (301 Bypass) and turn left heading east. Follow Veteran?s Parkway to the intersection of Brannen Street. Turn right onto Brannen Street and continue to intersection of Cawana Road. Turn left onto Cawana Road and continue to the intersection of Northside Drive (Federal Hwy 80). Turn right onto Northside Drive heading south west and continue to the end of the city limits at Boyd Lane. Turnaround and head back north west on Northside Drive. At Savannah Avenue, take a left. Going west on Savannah Avenue, merge left onto E. Main Street, take a right onto Oak Street, and then a left onto Sharpe Street. Going down Sharpe Street, will come to the corner of S. Main Street and Sharpe Street, where began. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 29, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized.
