Description
THIS SOLICITATION ?HSCG31-07-Q-6AS443? INCORPORATES DAVIS-BACON ACT (FEB 1195), FAR CLAUSE 52.222-6.**********REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE VIA FEDBIZOPPS WITHIN 24 HRS AFTER SYNOPSIS (ADVERTISEMENT) HAS BEEN UPLOADED**********This is a solicitation to Disconnect/Remove Existing Boiler and Supply/Install New Double Boiler System Located at Coast Guard Air Station Sacramento, California. The U.S. Coast Guard requires a contractor fully qualified in the field of boiler/heating systems. Contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals to this project. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. See the solicitation for bonding requirements. This procurement is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 and the applicable size standard is $11.5 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. All responses small business may submit a quotation. This solicitation will be issued in paper form. Solicitation documents may be accessed for download from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website beginning on the date of issue (estimated to be on or about May 23, 2006) at the following site: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on the website. Prospective quoters are responsible for checking the website for amendments up to the date and time of due (closing) date of June 20, 2007 for receipt of quotations. The technical data package (specifications and/or drawings) will only be available through a link in FedBizOpps to the Federal Technical Data Solution (FEDTeDS) website. Firms must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and FEDTeDS database to be able to access the technical data package. A plan holder?s list will not be available for this project from ISC Alameda. Vendors are encouraged to register their interest by entering their information in the Interested Vendors List (IVL) for this solicitation in FedBizOpps. The award of this solicitation is projected to be on or before June 21, 2006. Offers are due on June 20, 2007, by 4:00 pm local time.
