- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a further written solicitation will not be issued. This action incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, and the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. The clauses at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, and 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration (CCR) apply to this acquisition. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: All offerors must be registered in the CCR. Offerors must also include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, if the offeror is not registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The item descriptions are for miscellaneous Battlefield Airman tactical equipment that support execution of Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and Air Combat Command (ACC) Pararescue ground rescue training and Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) real-world missions. The equipment represents a combination of MILSPEC desert clothing, equipment and special purpose items i.e., knives, back pack systems, tents, etc. (See attached spreadsheet for exact items and shipping addresses). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE: Substitute items will not be accepted.
