- REQUIREMENT: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) currently occupies space under a soon to expire lease. The IRS is conducting a competitive procurement for a replacement lease for this requirement. The space should yield up to approximately 18,245 BOMA USF of office space. Consideration for relocating this requirement will be taken upon analysis of the economics involved, including the cost of moving, tenant improvements, and impact on agency mission, among other items. LOCATION: The geographical area of consideration for this requirement is as follows: Starting at the intersection of East 5th St. and North Rice Ave.; N on North Rice Ave. to Santa Clara Ave.; NE on Santa Clara Ave. to East Los Angeles Ave.; E on East Los Angeles Ave. to Lewis Rd.; SW on Lewis Rd. to Upland Rd.; E on Upland Rd. to Santa Rosa Rd.; SW on Santa Rosa Rd. to Adolfo Rd.; E on Adolfo Rd. to Balboa Cir.; N on Balboa Cir. to Camino Deville; W on Camino Deville to Cortez Cir.; S on Cortez Cir. to Adolfo Rd.; W on Adolfo Rd. to Camino Carillo; S on Camino Carillo to Camino Ruiz; W & then N on Camino Ruiz to Verdugo Way; W on Verdugo Way to Santa Rosa Rd.; S on Santa Rosa Rd. to Route 101; S & then W on Pleasant Valley Rd. to Lewis Rd.; SW on Lewis Rd. to East 5th St.; W on East 5th St. to North Rice Ave. .
