- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition REQUIREMENT: The United States Army Recruiting Battalion intends to occupy space collocated with Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) located in the Corporate Park of Miami. REQUIRED: The Government requires a total of 8,337usf of which 1,300 usf is storage space and the remainder is office space. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be five (5) years, One (1) year firm.
