- Description
- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 132 items primarily manufactured by Oshkosh Truck Corp (45152). An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract, having one base year and four option years, is anticipated. The total duration, the base plus the option years, shall not exceed five years. The solicitation will be available on May 22, 2007 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp and will be unrestricted with other than full and open competition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Quantity increments and delivery schedules will be available on the RFP. FOB Destination is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will also be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
