- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a single source requirement for services to implement an interface (or bridge) between Axios's assyst and Mercury's Kintana. This will include the procurement of the assyst bridge software and the consultant services to implement. Events with specified action in assyst will be automatically exported from assyst to Kintana. At the time the event is added to the Kintana software, an email response back to assyst will be generated and assyst will be updated. The FAA intends to solicit and negotiate only with Axios Systems, Inc, Herndon, Virginia, in accordance with Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, Single Source Selection. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a request for proposals. Axios is the sole developer and owner of Axios assyst and all other software components used and operated in a production environment by the Customer Services Center at the FAA. Axios is the only provide of assyst system enhancements, system software upgrades (Version releases_ and system software packages. Potential sources must provide documentation to the FAA showing proof of rights to use the data from Axios. Statements that data will be obtained or that specifications or drawings will be developed are not acceptable. Only those responses providing the required documentation in response to this market survey will be considered prior to further action by the FAA.
