- This is a pre-solicitation notice for Buckley AFB, CO to obtain the Non-Personal Service of a Protestant Music Director. The Music Director must meet qualifications in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 13 April 2007. Required services are commercial in nature, therefore, FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items shall apply to this acquisition. The government will provide all necessary equipment, supplies and materials for the fulfillment of this contract. The Protestant Music Director shall provide leadership for the Protestant Music Program, to include planning and organizing musical selections for solos, choirs, and special musical selections. Responsibilities also include recruiting and training volunteers, musical support during special and holiday services, and assisting the Senior Protestant Chaplain with administrative duties associated with the Protestant Music Program IAW the SOW and all applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), 460th Space Wing/Headquarters Chapel (460th SW/HC), regulations and policies. The contract performance period is from 4 June 2007 to 3 June 2008. North American Industrial Classification System Code 711510 and size standard of $6.5 million. Numbered Note 1.
