- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements [10 USC 2304(c) (1)]. A Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract to include a base year and three (3) option years will be issued to Planning Systems Inc., 12030 Sunrise Valley Dr., Suite 400, Reston, VA 20191-3453 for digital multiplexers (DMUX). The minimum quantity is for 2 each for each year. The maximum quantity is for 6 each, 11 each, 10 each and 10 each for each year should options be exercised. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-07-R-0032. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334419 and has a size standard o f 500 employees. All quotes received within 10 days after the sate of the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
