- This information is for solicitation (SPM1C1-07Q0364). This is for the purchase of STRIPE, TROUSERS, DRESS SCARLET, MARINE CORPS SHADE 2501. The applicable NIIN for this procurement is 8455-00-269-0488. The military specification is MIL-S-82155B dated 28 March 1991. The purchase quantity is 87,600 each. The first delivery is due 120 days after the date of award. The destination for this item is to a depot in Austin, TX. The soliciation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside That will result in a firm fixed price contract. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item will be furnished by the Government (GFM). The NIIN for this cloth is 8305-01-209-6542 (Cloth, Broadcloth, Wool Scarlet, Marine Corps Shade 2501. The Storge facility for the cloth is in a depot in Albany, GA. The Government does not intend to use FAR part 12 for this acquisition. Reference Numbered Notes 1, 9, and 26.
