- Description
- The VA Medical Center in Coatesville, PA is seeking professional A/E Services to Repair Concrete Walkways. The service is to include site investigation, design development, drawings and specifications, cost estimates, construction period services and site visits. A/E will provide 50% design submission, 90% design submission, and final submission. The A/E will provide a survey of the existing cracked, deteriorated or displaced concrete walks and curbs, existing handicap curb cut concrete sidewalk, existing handicap parking at the Coatesville VA Medical Center. The A/E will provide a report and drawings indicating each location with quantity and sizes. The VA will provide their recommendation on location and quantity to be replaced. The survey will be in accordance with the Department of Veterans Affairs Barrier Free Design Guide. The work shall meet all applicable VA design criteria and construction standards. The estimated construction budget is between $100,000 and $250,000. The area of consideration for this acquisition is restricted to firms within a 100 mile radius of the VA Medical Center in Coatesville, PA . Interested firms must submit two (2) copies of SF330 with appropriate documentation to the Contracting Officer (542/90C), VAMC, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Rd., Coatesville, PA 19320 by close of business Monday, June 25, 2007. NAICS 541330 applies. This is not a request for proposals. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns.
