Description

The Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC) has a requirement for 69 rental vehicles, consisting of a base period of 1 July 2007 through 30 September 2007, three 12-month option periods; 1 October 2007 through 30 September 2008, 1 October 2008 thr ough 30 September 2009, and 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2010. Within the Option Periods, a need for additional vehicles will be needed to support eight (8) rotational periods, (1) 3 October 2007 through 24 October 2007, (2) 23 November 2007 throug h 14 December 2007, (3) September 2008 (4) October 2008 (exact dates to be determined), (5) August 2009 (exact dates to be determined), (6) September 2009 (exact dates to be determined), (7) July 2010 (exact dates to be determined), and (8) August 2010 (ex act dates to be determined). For those rotational periods where exact dates are unknown, estimated time of need is 21 days. A fourteen (14) day notice will be given prior to need. Base period and option period, vehicles shall consist of the following mi xture: 3 Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), 24 Pickups 4x4 (of which one shall be a Ford F250 or like model), 15 Minivans and 27 Sedans. Rotational periods commencing October 2007, September 2008, August 2009 and July 2010, vehicles shall consist of the follo wing mixture: 16 Pickups 4x4 (of which one shall be a Ford F250 or like model), 14 Minivans, 14 Sedans and 1 SUV. Rotational periods commencing November 2007, October 2008, September 2009 and August 2010, vehicles shall consist of the following mixture: 8 Pickups 4x4, 1 Minivan, 13 Sedans and 2 SUVs. Solicitation Number W91QV107T0036 will be issued as Unrestricted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 532111, size standard 23.5M. The estimated date of upload of solicitation number W91QV107T0036 to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website is 4 June 2007, with an estimated closing date of 12 June 2007.
