Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented wi th additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Proposals (RFP) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16, Effective 22 March 2007 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARs), current to DCN 20070426. It is anticipated that payment will be made b y Government Visa Credit Card. This will solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335313 with a size standard of 750. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor R egistration. Offerors may register online at https://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html The proposal shall provide bids for BRAND NAME ONLY, 7 each Cummins/Onan Transfer Switch Power Command: 150A/225A/260A. Each Command shall consist of 7 each of the following: OTPC 255, Transfer Switch-Onan, PwrCmd, 225 Amp; A028-7, Poles-3; A035-7, Application-Utility To Genset; A046-8, Listing-UL 1008/CSA Certification; A044-7, Frequency-60 Hertz; A042-7, System- Phase, 3 Wire Or 4 Wire; R021-7, Voltage-208 Vac; B003-7, Cabinet-Type 4; C024-7, Control-Transfer Switch, Level 2; D009-7, Meters-Bar Graph Display; M017-7, Switch, Key, Front Panel Security; M018-7, Display-Digital; M022-7, Monitoring-Load; K001-7, Battery Charger-2 Amp, 12/24 VDC; G002-7, Transfe r Switch Warranty-1 Yr Basic. Offers shall be clearly marked with RFQ #OTPC225 and emailed to the address listed below no later than MAY 31, 2007, 11:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). Any technical questions concerning this requirement must be e-mai led to the address listed below. Technical questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the solicitation. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the proposal will be the most advantageo us to the Government based on delivery and price. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or technical information as required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 cited below or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from con sideration.
