Description: The requirement is for an independent, expert analysis of our Project Management processes and systems using a tool called the Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM) and other techniques, including staff interviews, artifact collection and evaluati on, survey input, and benchmark comparison to established standards. The analysis will result in a detailed report to establish an incremental improvement plan for the Fort Worth District. The estimated analysis and report preparation would take approximately 4 to 6 weeks and would be completed before 30 August 2007. Submittals are required for Evaluation. See attached solicitation.
