Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price delivery order to Raytheon Company under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0008. The delivery order is for Raytheon to perform AN/ALR-67(V)3 Digital Cued Receiver (DCR) special receiver testing for radiated susceptibility (RS103). Raytheon Company as the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the ALR-67A(V)3, and holder of certain proprietary rights to the DCR, is the only known source available to provide the required effort in the required time frame.
