- The Fort Knox Directorate of Contracting is conducting market research for Customer Support Communication Services for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command (USAREC).This requirement is to operate a virtual customer support communication center, also know n as Cyber Division at Fort Knox, KY to support Army recruiting operations. The contractor shall communicate with individuals interested in the Army by telephone, Email, online chat, and mail. The Cyber Division is divided into three cells: cyber recruit ing center; lead refinement center; and Future Soldier center. The contractor shall provide all web-based recruiting communications tied to GoArmy.com . Leads will be provided to the contractor. The contractor shall contact the leads using jointly deve loped contact methodology to refine the leads and determine qualifications and level of interest in the Army. The contractor shall provide all web-based recruiting communications tied to FutureSoldier.com . The Future Soldier center is intended to augme nt Future Soldier retention efforts. The contractor shall operate 1-800 phone numbers for both websites. The contractor shall respond to email inquiries within 24 hours. The contractor shall develop, maintain, and distribute reports on all functions of t he contract. The services are intended to last from the first contact with prospects to the date of shipment to training for the individual and their family members. This synopsis is not a request for proposal. It is a market research tool being used to determine procurement strategy. Appropriate procurement strategy will be determined after consideration of industry response to this sources sought synopsis. The government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potenti al sources as a result of this synopsis.
