Description: Contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, labor and supervision to survey and shall report data/test results gathered on the survey for approximately 600 steam traps at the VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana from date of award through September 30, 2007 with four yearly renewal options. The proposed action is for supplies/services will be awarded in accordance with Section 8002 of Public Law 103-355 (41 U.S.C. 264) and FAR Part 12.
