Description

This pre-solicitation and solicitation synopsis is for a construction contract to repair the roof on Bldg 6, Bays 1, 2, and 3 at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna PA. Work to include, but is not limited to: removal of old built-up roofing system and r oof construction down to the roof deck, including roof membrane, insulation, snow deflectors, rain gutters, roof curbing felt paper, and flashings; provide and install single ply EPDM roofing system; asbestos abatement; and incidental related work. Estima ted magnitude is between $250,000 - $500,000. NAICS is 238160 (Roofing Contractors), average annual receipts $13.0 MILLION. Solicitation number W25G1V-07-B-0006 applies. This solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be issued electronic ally only. No paper or disk will be available. Issue is in accordance with FAR 4.502, 5.102(d) and 14.205.
