The Bureau of the Public Debt on behalf of the Department of Homeland Security intends to obtain proposals for Dual Band Briefcase Video Receiver/Recorder Kit; Antennas; Video Transmitter Kit; and Cigarette Pack Video Transmitter. The NAICS code is 334220 and the size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. This action is being considered for 100% set aside for SDVOSB. Item 1 ? Quantity 1: Split Dual Band Briefcase video receiver/recorder with dual band diversity receiver; total four receivers, 2 receivers per band packaged in underwater kinetics case; ghost DVR recorder 10? monitor in-lid; receiver should be configured for reception of ?L Band? (1.7 to 1.85GHZ) and ?S Band? (2.4 to 2.5GHZ); internal, circular polarized antennas mounted in lid; frequency tunable across selected band; eight preset channels with audible programming alert; external antennas may be connected via panel; AD, DC or internal rechargeable battery operation; light weight man portable; high/low band select switch; headset output; optional encryption; preset channel lockout option; receiver signal strength indicators; battery voltage meter; channel frequency display.
