- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing Request for Proposals (RFP) #0147930 for the design, development, integration, testing, implementation, deployment, training, and maintenance of the Next Generation Identification (NGI). This RFP is being issued as a full and open competition. Interested vendors are requested to review the attached RFP Cover Letter and associated documents (Non-Disclosure Agreement, Acquisition Risk Questions, Key Management Personnel Listing, and Non-U.S. Citizenship) for instructions on responding to the RFP. The RFP and associated documents are available on FedTeds. Also attached is a matrix of documents available on FedTeds which are associated with the RFP and were posted previously and may have been updated. PLEASE NOTE: VENDORS ARE INSTRUCTED TO SUBMIT A LETTER OR E-MAIL STATING THEIR INTENT TO SUBMIT AN OFFER WITHIN 5 CALENDAR DAYS OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. Those vendors indicating intent to submit an offer will be invited to a Due Diligence General Session as well as a follow-up One-on-One Due Diligence Session. VENDORS ARE ALSO INSTRUCTED TO SUBMIT RFP CLARIFICATION QUESTIONS WITHIN 5 CALENDAR DAYS OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
