- This sources sought Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational and planning purposes. The Air Force is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning. The information requested by this synopsis will be used within the Air Force to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. Please note: The Air Force will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI. The Air Mobility Command (AMC) is interested in the identification of capable sources to provide the following Brand Name or Equal items: four (4) each Bolt-On Tri Mounts, BlueSky Mast Part Number BSM2-K-A353-M24-000, with three (3) 24-inch side arms and three (3) Bolster Plates; and four (4) each 15 Meter Antenna Masts, BlueSky Mast Part Number BSM2-M-M115-AL1-000, 46.5 Ft Deployment Height, 70 mph Wind Survival Rating, 15 minutes 1-person deployment time or 7.5 minutes 2-person deployment time, with directional control, Corrosive Free, Black Anodized finish, 2-inch outside diameter, 54x14x14 inch travel dimensions, total weight with carry bag of 76.26 pounds. To ensure survivability in a deployed environment, items must be in compliance with Test Method Standard MIL-STD-810F for wind-driven rain, humidity, icing and freezing, sand and dust. The standard can be viewed by searching for MIL-STD-810F at the following website: http://assist.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/. Items must be new, not reconditioned or refurbished. Delivery to Travis AFB, CA, within approximately two (2) weeks ARO. INFORMATION REQUESTED: 1. Capability information should include a brief description of the items, and can include descriptive literature. The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. 3. Identification of business size, and whether currently designated a Small Business as defined the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 19.1 and the appropriate categories (small business (SB), small disadvantaged business (SDB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), 8(a) certified small business, service disabled veteran-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, woman-owned small business). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220. Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Small business size standards are published by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and may be found at www.sba.gov/size/sizetable2002.html. 4.
