Description

Wiring Harness, Branched Plugger, NSN: 5995-01-518-7807, P/N: 12992071 applicable to the M2A3 BFVS. This requireent is alerting contractors of the intent of the Government to immediately proceed with this instant procurement, directly to labarge Inc ., 1505 S. Maiden Lane, Joplin. MO 64801-3819, CAGE CODE: 16275, as authorized by FAR 6.302-1 because no other contractor has meet First Article Test requirements and, therefore, cannot meet the required delivery schedule. Offers from other contractors ar e not solicited for this immediate requirement. Interested parties please note, this identical item will be issued on a long-term contract solicitation within 60-90 days. THIS NOTICE IS PUBLISHED FOR SUBCONTRACTING PURPOSES ONLY. However, any proposals received from other responsible vendors by close of business 30 JUNE 2007 will be evaluated. FOB IS SOURCE. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501 and 5.102, therefore, hard copies will not be provided.
