- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at https://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. Offerors are encouraged to access information also available on the NSWC Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. NAVSURFWARCEN Crane Division has a requirement for evaluation, refurbishment and testing of AN/SPS-48E and AN/SPS-49 Electric Motors IAW a statement of work and ITT Gilfillan drawing No. 195955 and Raytheon drawing No. 914004. The contract for this procurement will be a Fixed Firm Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Supply contract, 100% small business set aside, for a period of five (5) years. Solicitation N00164-07-R-8914 will be issued on a full and open competition basis. RFP will be available for download at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm on or about 15 June 2007. Closing date will be on or about 29 June 2007. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Bldg 3168 Code 8091, Crane, IN 47522. NAICS Code 811310; FSG Code 6105. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this agency. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid from the NECO web site by clicking on the "Submit Bid" does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of Offerors to download the RFP and to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane to be considered.
