Description

Single award term contract is for 1 year (base year period of July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008) and 4 option years (July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, and July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012). These specifications cover the production of cut shee forms, books/pamphlets, and enlargements requiring such operations as copy pickup, films/reproducibles, imaging in black and full color, binding, packing, and delivery. Approximately 1,154 print orders and 3,202 items per year (1 to 10 items per order), 2 to 2,000 pages per item, 1 to 2,000 copies per item. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Columbus, OH.
