- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs has a need for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Services for its' eligible beneficiaries residing in the geographic area of central West Virginia as referred by the VA Medical Centers, Beckley and Clarksburg, West Virginia. Veterans to be serviced under this contract reside primarily in Braxton, Clay, Nicholas and Webster counties but are not restricted to those counties. Services shall include primary care and support for VA provided mental health services. Clinic shall be located within Braxton or Nicholas Counties - off Routes 79 or 19. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 621498. Size standard is $9M. Contract period will July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008 with two one year renewable option years. The procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 15. Solicitation packages will be available on or about January 29, 2007. Proposals will be due on or about February 28, 2007. Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at http://www2.fbo.gov. No hard copies will be provided.
