- NSN: 3130-01-125-6908, Roller Bearing Unit. Purchase Request Number 0013390069. A ?Configuration Control Item,? Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Cage 78286, Drawing: 64952-11416 Rev. J, P/N 64952-11416-042. Approved sources: MRC Bearings Inc., Cage 38443, and McGill Manufacturing Co. Inc., Cage 39317. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Stocked Item. This is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item. All requests for waivers or deviations must be forwarded to the DSCR Contracting Officer for review and approval. This is a Flight Safety Critical Aircraft Part and a COQC is required. Government First Article testing/preproduction inspection required. First Article shall be conducted on 2 each samples by Naval Aviation Depot Cherry Point, NC. See Navy Quality Assurance Provision for First Article Details. Supplemental quality assurance provisions are assigned and may include First Article and/or production lot testing. These requirements have been incorporated into a bidset. Requested delivery is 570 Days ARO. Award from this solicitation can only be made for a domestically manufactured (U.S. or Cananda) bearing and bearing components. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Solicited Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. The quantity is 100 each with a 100% option. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be June 15th, 2007. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at www.dibbs.dla.mil as of the solicitation issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
