- Description
- Contractor to provide wetland restoration which includes clearing, grubbing, excavation, earthfill, installation of water control structures, constructing earthen ditch blocks, structural removal, placing concrete, constructing a low water crossing, vegetative measures, construction layout and checkout. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base to be eligible for award. The dollar range for the project is $250,000 to $500,000 and the estimated period of performance is 120 days. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990, SBA size standard $31 million. THIS IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Solicitations will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about May 23, 2007. A pre-bid site visit will be conducted on June 11, 2007 at MacArthur Agro-ecology Research Center, 300 Buck Island Ranch Rd., Lake Placid, FL 33852.
