Description: Contractor shall provide four (4) apartments with two (2) sleeping rooms each for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) serviced by the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System Medical Center (VAAAHS), 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and schedules of this solicitation and any resulting contract document. These services will support the HIOT (Hospital-based Intensive Outpatient Treatment) Program which is designed to decrease the length of stay, ensure long terms success and stability for veterans and decrease rehospitalization.
