Description

Redstone Arsenal Program Management Contract-Sources Sought Update. For those firms that have RSVP'd to our Industry Day event on June 5, 2007, please plan to arrive at the Richlin Ballroom between 8:30AM and 8:45AM to allow for check-in and seating before the event starts at 9:00AM. The plan is for contractors to arrive a nd check-in by finding their name tag which will be arranged on a table in alphabetical order. A representative of the Government will be available to assist with any issues that may arise. We have scheduled the lunch break for two hours (12:00-2:00PM) to allow for a lunch break, Government review of submitted questions, and some time for contractors to network and discuss the opportunity. To facilitate our question and answer session (scheduled for after lunch), we will provide 3x5 index cards for contract ors to use for submiting questions prior to the lunch break.
