- Description
- The USPFO for Oregon is advertising for a statewide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type A-E contract with multi-disciplinary work to be performed at the Oregon Air National Guard facilities located in Portland, Klamath Falls and Warre nton, Oregon. Various projects will require multiple specialized design efforts for architectural and interior design; electrical; mechanical; structural; civil; fire and security alarm systems; fire detection and suppression systems (ie: HEF); environmen tal including asbestos and lead paint abatement; surveying; geotechnical; acoustical and landscaping are anticipated over the life of the contract. This IDIQ type contract will be one (1) base year with four (4) option years. The option years will be exer cised at the discretion of the Government. Types of services available for contract are A, B, and C. The IDIQ contract will have a maximum monetary limit of $545,000 over the entire life of the contract, with no limit per year and no limit on indivi dual delivery order amount. The contract start date will be approximately September 1, 2007. Work may include, but not limited to: (a) Vehicle storage and warehouse facilities, (b) Repair, alter and maintain facilities, (c) Repair or replace roofing and s iding systems, (d) Paving projects, (e) Replace aircraft apron lighting, (f) Alter interior administration areas, (g) Flight Administration/Training facilities, (h) Various energy conservation/alarm studies, and (I) Air condition facilities. Evaluation cr iteria, in descending order of importance are: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services, (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required including where appropriate, experi ence in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction, and the use of recovered materials, (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of co st control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules, (5) Location in the general geographical area of the projects and knowledge of the locality of the projects, provided that application of this criterion leaves an appropriate number of qualified firms given the nature and size of the projects. Final selection procedure will include a personal or telephone interview. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Qualified firms desiring consi deration shall submit two copies of their SF 330 forms Part I and II for the principal firm and all consultants for evaluation.
