Description

Upper Green River Recreation Site: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, material, equipment, supplies and permits necessary to recondition eight miles of main road and three miles of spur roads. The work includes grading, excavation and embankment, topsoil removal and placement, clearing and grubbing, seeding, and hauling and placing of aggregate base and crushed aggregate surfacing. Additional work consists of the installation of culverts, cattle guards, fencing, boulder barriers, picnic tables, and fire rings. The project is located in Sublette County, Wyoming. The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This project is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds will be required as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the bid price, Payment and Performance bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about June 18, 2007. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation, and register or update their registration at the Online Representation and Certification Application website at http://orca.bpn.gov.
