Description: Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) intends to procure on sole Source basis a Niton XL3t 600 Environmental Analyzer. The item will be procured from Thermo Niton Analyzer LLC, 900 Middlesex Turnpike Bldg 8, Billerica, MA., 01821-3929. The contractor shall provide, Niton XL3t 600 that will allow Columbia Missouri Field Office (CMFO) to find contaminated areas that would be undetectable with any other instrument. This is a simplified commercial item acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
