Description

This is a commercial items acquisition for elevator maintenance services and related repairs at the W. B. Rudman U.S Courthouse, Concord, NH, the J. C. Cleveland Federal Building, Concord, NH, and the Laconia Federal Building, Laconia, NH. This procurement is open to both large and small business. The NAICS code is 811310 and the size standard is $6.5 million. There will be a pre-proposal conference on or about June 20, 2007. The anticipated issue date is on or about June 13, 2007; the anticipated RFP due date is July 6, 2007. The anticipated base performance period is a 36 month base, October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2010 with two (2) one-year option periods. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically ONLY. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
