a. The purpose of this amendment is to correct the offer submittal requirements on page 19 of the combined synopsis/solicitation document. b. As a result, paragraph 2 of Instructions For Written Submittals has been revised from: 2. OFFERS / BIDS: The following will be submitted on the date set for receipt of proposals: a. OFFER original and 1 copy b. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL original and 3 copies c. PAST PERFORMANCE original and 1 copy d. STAFF CERTIFICATIONS. Provide a list of staff technical certifications held. Certified copies of these certifications are not required at time of bid, however may be requested by AFNE prior to contract award. to read: 2.
