Description: The USDA Farm Service is seeking small busineses who have the capability to print, insert and mail high volumes of data. The vendor shall develop and provide tax forms in accordance with IRS and postal requirements. The vendor shall develop and provide disbursement statements that meet customer and postal requirements. Data will be provided via secure LAN/WAN line, printed, inserted and mailed within a 24 hour period. Volumes can vary from 8,000 to 2,000,000 pieces per day. Only firms able to process 2,000,000 pieces in a 24 hour period should respond. Contact Steven Prado with capability statement as soon as possible but no later than 4:00pm on June 5, 2007.
