- Solicitation to be posted for public download at this site between 6/4 - 6. Interested vendors are encouraged to register here. Construct Sign bases, and then install Government provided signs on the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area of the U.S. Forest Service. This area is part of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest and located approximately 30 miles Northwest of Las Vegas, NV. The estimated range is between $250,000 - $500,000. Competetive proposals are due to the Contracting Officer on July 16, 2007 no later than 5:00 PM Local time, and must be in hardcopy form with original signature. Technical contact information will be published at time of solicitation posting. This procurement is available for full and open competition per the Small Business Competetiveness Demonstation Program.
