Description

The Lebanon, Pennsylvania VA Medical Center (VISN4) has a requirement to locally fabricate and repair artificial limbs for eligible beneficiaries of this Medical Center from the date of award through September 30, 2007, with four (4) one-year options exercised at the Government's discretion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with all specifications, statement of work, terms and conditions contained therein. NAICS code is 339113. The Government anticipates making multiple awards from this solicitation. Electronic version of this solicitation should be available on or about June 6, 20067 at URL site below. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. All contract questions must be in writing to the Contracting Officer on or before June 20, 2007 by 3:00 PM local time at fax number 717-228-5936, to the attention of Sally Ann Bentz, please follow-up with a confirmation call to 717-228-5938 or an e-mail at sally.bentz@med.va.gov. Please state the solicitation number on subject line, or e-amil may not be opened. ONLY qualified sources with technical expertise should submit a proposal for consideration.
