- The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, intends to contract with the Leonard Wood Family Communities, LLC, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, on a sole source basis, to provide an estimated 435 unfurnished two and three bedroom housing units for government personnel during the period 1 July 2007 through 30 September 2007. The Leonard Wood Family Communities, LLC is the contractor for the Fort Leonard Wood Family Housing privatization and the housing units are l ocated at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531110 with a size standard of $6.5M. Any resultant contract shall be a firm fixed price contract. All firms believing that they can provide these or equal accommodations may submit a written response, with the pertinent information about their accommodations, to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 18 June 2007. The response must clearly show that their accommodations are adequate and a vailable without compromising the quality of life of the tenants or causing them unnecessary hardship.
