- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 106th Rescue Wing (106th RQW) of the New York Air National Guard at Francis S. Gabreski Airport in Westhampton Beach New York is seeking a contractor that will provide all plant, labo r, equipment, appliances, materials, expertise and supervision necessary to perform Vehicle Control Manager support services. Performance is for a period of six months (6 months). The services will be performed at the 106th RQW, Westhampton Beach, NY 119 78-1201. Solicitation number W912PQ-07-T-0015 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16, effective 22 March 2007. This procurement is a 100% small busine ss set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 561990 and the size standard is $6.5 million.
