The applicator must have a valid Washington State Pesticide applicators license. In early May, 7 growths of Knotweed were observed in the project area, there will probably be more at the time the work is accomplished. Control Scotch broom in the project area by pulling. In early May, 5 plants were observed, 2 4 high. Scotch Broom can be left on-site after pulling.
