Description

The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement to furnish and deliver 600 tons of 36 inch Riprap material to each of the following locations: Bonny Dam Bureau of Reclamation Office located near Burlington, Yuma County, Colorado; and Medicine Creek Dam Bureau of Reclamation Office located near Cambridge, Frontier County, Nebraska. Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) per FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures on or around June 14, 2007 with quotes being due on or around June 29, 2007. The RFQ will be issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 212319 (Other Crushed and Broken Stone Mining and Quarrying) and a size standard of 500 employees. This RFQ will allow for single or multiple awards. After issuance, the Solicitation/Contract/Order (Commercial Items) Standard Form 1449 and associated documents may be viewed at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. To request a hard copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Shawna Rogers. The request must include contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number and their Dun and Bradstreet number. Contractors interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and must have an active registration (http://www.ccr.gov). Contractors submitting a bid/quotation must complete their Representations and Certifications Online (Section K of the solicitation). To complete the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) go to http://orca.bpn.gov.
