- NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for the Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NAVEODTECHDIV) for a prototype Universal Test Set (UTS) in support of the Counter Radio-Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (CREW) system. This requirement is being procured full and open with a 10% HubZone price evaluation preference. Approximate release date of this solicitation is 18 June 2007. The anticipated requirement is for delivery of five (5) prototype Universal Test Sets, all necessary batteries, ancillary components and initial spares needed during a 60 day testing phase of the prototypes, engineering support available during a 60 day testing phase of the prototype to correct any system problems, and UTS system operation and maintenance source data. Award will be based on best value considering technical, delivery and price. It is anticipated the contract type will be cost plus fixed fee. Multiple awards may be made. The FSC code is 6625, the NAICS is 334519, and the size standard is 500 employees.
