- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the service of Geospatial Information Modeling Support prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-07-T-0240 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 18 June 2007. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-08 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-S-10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 541370 and the business size standard is NTE 5.5 million. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. Geospatial Information Modeling Support: Base year 01 Aug 2007 to 31 July 2008 with four (4) option years to 31 July 2012 The Government may make single award to the responsible offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offeror must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000.
