Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth, 600 Thomas Ave, Fort Leavenworth, KS, 66027 intends to issue a solicitation for Miscellaneous Asphalt and Concrete Repairs for Various Projects - Project Number FE 00018-7P. The NAICS code for this project is 237310. The Place of Contract Performance is Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price with a period of performance of 120 days. The magnitude of this project is $2.5 to $3.0 million. Base requirement - Replace existing road, curb and gutter, and drainage structures on Grant Avenue from Stimson Avenue to the Old USDB. Optional requirement - Repair existing road and construct a new road, construct new curb and butter, and install new storm drainage structure at po st car wash. Optional requirement - Replace existing asphalt driveway at Building 428. Optional requirement - Construct a new parking lot and a new concrete stair at Building 391. Optional requirement - Spot repair pot holes, crack seal, seal coat the enti re parking area, and restripe the PX parking lot. Optional requirement - Remove two (2) inch thick existing asphalt by cold milling, construct two (2) inch thick hot mix asphalt, and restripe the Commissary parking lot. This requirement is Subject to the A vailability of Funds. This Invitation for Bids will be posted under Solicitation Number W91QF4-07-B-0006.
