Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 17 each, Campbell Scientific, pn: 16130-23, Model Number: CR1000-ST-SW-NC, Me asurement and Control Datalogger  ST Tested -25 to +50C, - SW Standard 3 Yr Warranty, - NC No calibration Certificate; 18 each, pn: Special, Upgrade RF85A modems to RF315M modems with PROM 6898; 1 each, pn: 16479-4, Model Number: RF310B-SW-TD, RF Base Station for use with Midland Radios, - SW Standa rd 1 yr Warranty, - TD Table Data PROM; 1 each, Special, substitute customers RF315M modem for the default modem inside the RF310B Base Station; 2 each, pn: 16136, Model CR1000KD, Keyboard-Display for CR1000 or CR800; 2 each, Special, CSI time in days to c onvert existing CR33X datalogger program into CR1000 datalogger program; 18 each, pn 12163, Model RF301, DRL 3422-410 149.05 MHz VHF Transceiver (132-150). FOB DESTINATION: Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Payment will be made by Government credit card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 12 noon, Mountain Standard Time, Monday, 11 June 2007. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. The NAICS code is 334513. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price. All Electronic and Info rmation Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, applies to the acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See evaluation criteria above). Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3,Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Tax Identification Number, CAGE Code, Central Contract or Registration Number, DUNS Number, and applicable FSC Codes with its offer.
